• Is an experienced bank executive with over 20 years of leadership experience in human resources. Expertise in workplace relations, leadership coaching, cultural change, succession planning, creative recruitment and diversity management
• Has served as a workshop presenter to numerous professional organizations including Human Resource Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC), Institute for Financial Education (IFE), The Minority Women's Network, Midwest Women's Center, Flower High School of Chicago, and Visitation Parents Group High School Scholarship Program
• Accomplishments include designing human resources, policies and systems, such as employee orientation program and Affirmative Action Programs
